Splendid Bohemians Design Studio was born out of a need to be creative during the crazy year that was 2020. Looking for a way to make the long days in quarantine go faster, I started designing t-shirts and playing around with clay and realized I love the way it fed my creative soul - something I had put aside for years as I focused on family and my corporate career. The pride and accomplishment I feel every time I design a piece I really love reaffirms my gut feeling that this is what I’m meant to be doing.

I’m all about positivity (with a small dose of sarcasm mixed in for good measure). Our t-shirt designs are cute, a bit cheeky and occasionally full-blown sarcastic, but it’s always in good fun!

I have loved rainbows since I was a child (I had a huge rainbow poster on my bedroom wall for years), and I have always been drawn to color. I know a lot of people working in polymer clay focus on neutrals, and while I may have some on my site from time to time, what you’ll see more often are pieces that burst with color. Jewel tones, brights, pastels - that’s what I’m all about!
